CPP fund purchases distribution centers in Tilburg and Eindhoven

On 18 July, the CPP fund (London) has purchased two distribution centers in Tilburg and Eindhoven respectively.

CPP (Capital Preservation Portfolio I) is a fund with € 400 million assets under management of Delin Capital Asset Management, a Jersey property investor and asset manager focused on investments in logistics assets in the UK, Belgium and Netherlands.

With this acquisition, the equity of the fund was addressed. Previously CMS has advised CPP on purchases in Waalwijk, Born and Eindhoven. In recent months, CMS assisted with due diligence, advised on tax issues, established the SPVs, drafted and negotiated the purchase agreement, advised on the rental situation and supervised the notarial transaction.
