Success for CMS Derks Star Busmann at Expo Real

The number of visitors at the eleventh edition of Expo Real in Munich, now the largest property fair in Europe, was 7.7% up on last year. From 8 to 10 October this year more than 40,000 visitors and property representatives visited stands from 77 countries. CMS Derks Star Busmann participated in the Holland Property Plaza, a stand that brought together 23 Dutch exhibitors and where tulips and orange drew a great deal of attention.

The Holland Property Plaza attracted much international interest for a large number of expert meetings, events, breakfasts, lunches, picnics, development presentations and networking parties. The Dutch stand, with its 23 exhibitors, was second only to Moscow in size. CMS, the international organization in which CMS Derks Star Busmann participates, organized several much-visited and highly valued events:
· Breakfast Briefing: Resort Development on the Black Sea and Dalmatian Coast
· Workshop: Optimizing the Deal Structure - Tax and corporate law aspects of property deals in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom
