Edmon Oude Elferink (Dutch – born 1975) works as a lawyer in the Competition & EU law practice. He is based at the CMS EU Law Office in Brussels, Belgium.

Edmon has broad expertise in EU law and competition law. He particularly advises clients on cartel law issues and state aid and he conducts proceedings before competition authorities, national courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. He works in four languages – Dutch, English, German and French.

Edmon joined CMS in 2011. He previously worked as a référendaire (law clerk) at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, and as lawyer with Houthoff Buruma in Brussels and Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn in The Hague.
