Iris Kieft is a lawyer in the Real Estate and Construction practice of our firm. She specialises in public law, including Dutch and EU environmental law, spatial planning, energy law, and EU law and regulatory. Iris advises clients on regulatory aspects of their activities, including EHS matters and permitting, and represents them in negotiations with regulatory authorities and in litigation before administrative and civil courts, including the Court of Justice of the EU. She also advises on regulatory and environmental aspects of M&A and real estate transactions and arbitrations.

Iris has been with CMS since 2017 and previously worked for nine years as a lawyer for De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
