Jeroen van Dijk works as a belastingadviseur in our Tax Practice Group in Amsterdam.​

Jeroen has a strong focus on Indirect Tax (Dutch VAT and Real Estate Transfer Tax) and Tax Litigation. He acts for a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, e-commerce retailers and clients in the Dutch real estate sector. If needed, he litigates in tax related disputes and litigations (in objection, appeal or ultimately in cassation at the Dutch Supreme Court). In addition, he is member of the CMS ESG Committee and member of the CMS Tax Disputes Subgroup.

Jeroen graduated with an LL.M. in Tax Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completed the three-year vocational training of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs).
