Katja van Kranenburg-Hanspians heads the Employment & Pensions Practice Group.

She advises international companies about collective and individual dismissal cases, co-determination, trade unions and collective bargaining agreements, employment conditions, expatriate matters, remunerations and transfer of undertakings. Katja is a strong litigator, one of her specialised areas is the breach of non-compete clauses.

In the area of corporate employment law she frequently advises companies on employment matters in relation to transactions.

Katja has a pragmatic and very straightforward approach when advising her clients, helping them to make the right decisions.

Her clients are international companies in the area of hotels & leisure, finance and IT.

At first glance, it is hard to be­lieve and to un­der­stand the claim of en­thu­si­asts that Block­chain tech­no­logy is sup­posed to be com­par­able with the spread of the in­ter­net in the 90s.   It would there­fore be a con­sequence of the tech­nic­al, even dis­rupt­ive in­nov­a­tions.
