Stephanie Dekker is specialised in employment law and data protection and privacy aspects of employment relationships. She advises national and international companies on employee participation, transfer of undertakings, restructuring, dismissal cases, and employment conditions. Stephanie has wide experience in various legal proceedings regarding manifestly unreasonable dismissal as well as disputes associated with transfer of undertakings and terms of employment. The same applies to corporate employment law, such as the position of the managing director and employee participation in an international or national context.
