Amur Al Rashdi leads the Dispute Resolution team in the CMS Oman Office.

Amur has over 15 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience, appearing before Omani courts in relation to complex and high-value litigation matters. He has represented both domestic and international companies, government entities and private individuals on a wide range of litigious matters, regulatory proceedings and administrative law claims. In addition, he has experience of all types of alternative dispute resolution including structured settlement discussion, arbitration, mediation and expert determination. Having gained his Bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence from the Judicial institute of Oman and Master’s degree in Islamic Science from Al Bait University in Jordan. Amur went to complete his Doctorate in Administrative Law at Abdelmalek Essaadi University in Tangiers, Morocco.
