• An Omani private sector construction company on the negotiation and settlement of payments with respect to variation claims and claims for extension-of-time against a government developer for a project in Salalah.

• One of the largest oil & gas exploration and production companies in the Sultanate of Oman on various EPC and E&P contracts.

• An Omani government entity on the development of one of the largest mixed-use retail, entertainment, conference and exhibition facilities in the region, including advice on real estate rights (including usufruct issues), corporate structuring, variations and EPC management.

• An Omani government entity on the amendment and negotiation of their standard form construction contracts, including a review of the particular conditions, so as reduce the possibilities for claims being made against the government entity.

• An Omani government entity on the defence of claims regarding a construction project at the Al Duqm Port, including the advancement of counterclaims which resulted in the successful settlement of the dispute in favour of our client.

• A private sector developer on construction, development and marketing of a real estate project to consist of 300 individual units forming part of an Integrated Tourism Complex.

• An international listed company on its US 2.9bn mixed-use real estate project for the development of approximately 245 acres of prime beachfront land facing the Gulf of Oman which will consist of 2,000 residential houses and ancillary infrastructure, a marina, two (2) x 3* hotels, one (1) x 4* hotel, one x (1) 5* hotel and cultural exhibition centre.
