CMS GRAU has a solid, multidisciplinary and dedicated team with experience providing specialized advice to clients from the hotel and leisure industry. Our firm has been working with national and foreign investors in the development, execution, financing and operation of important hotel and leisure investment projects throughout the Peruvian territory, such as hotels, restaurants, casinos, shopping centers, department stores, among others.

In our Hotels & Leisure area, our efforts are aimed at our clients’ projects and needs. In this sense, our experience allows us to advice our clients in all stages of the project, including implementing the above mentioned, setting up finance structures and leading negotiations with all parties involved.

Our full service firm, allows us to accompany our clients with a transversal legal approach throughout the development of their projects. This includes our corporate, M&A, finance, tax, regulatory, real estate, intellectual property, restructuring practice areas, involving multidisciplinary professionals for the management of our client´s assets, employment issues, corporate, tax, intellectual property, construction and tenant matters. This multidisciplinary way to work, allows us to gives our clients the opportunity to start and develop their projects in a secure manner and in compliance with the applicable normativity to each Project.

As well, not only we provide our clients with legal and technical advice in relation to the development of their projects, but also in terms of restructuring or selling of a hotel or leisure asset.

It is relevant to take into account that in a country full of geographical and intercultural diversity like Peru, an understanding of travelling and the need to develop attractions for foreign and national costumers is of the utmost importance.
