We also provide preventive advice by analysing the compliance of advertising campaigns with the legislation in force prior to their broadcasting through the media.

We have successfully participated in numerous administrative proceedings before the Unfair Competition Control Commission of INDECOPI, the Specialised Court on Unfair Competition and before the National Commission of Advertising Self-Regulation (CONAR - Comisión Nacional de Autorregulación Publicitaria).
