CMS among the most desirable law firms to work for

According to the most recent European Law Students' Association "ELSA Poland" ranking, CMS is one of the three top choices of employer for law students in Poland.  This ranking along with in the “Best Employer” category is part of the "Law Students in Poland" survey presenting opinions on preferences concerning the choice of studies and future work. CMS also received the "Patron of Legal Education 2017" award for assisting ELSA in its academic work at universities. This year’s ranking is based on a research base of 800 students from law faculties all over Poland.  

In 2017 CMS took first place in the ranking of the most desirable employers among law firms which is published by Antal International, a company that recruits specialists and middle and senior managers from a variety of market sectors. This ranking is based on responses from 1,200 managers and specialists who are experienced hires. The results show that while looking for a new job respondents take into consideration the scale of the projects realised by the law firm, its reputation, values and atmosphere among employees. Experienced hires can be attracted to a firm by prestigious cross-border transactions and the clients and brands in the firm’s portfolio.
