"CMS’s client roster is a veritable who’s who of household names, both local and international, including brands such as Hewlett- Packard and Lacoste: “It is very prominent in the luxury and pharma industries.”

The team’s business acumen makes them stand out; more than just formulaic in their approach, they tailor their strategy to our needs.”

Captaining the trademark division is Tomasz Koryzma, who is most at home on litigation and anti-counterfeiting mandates. “He is fast on the uptake and always responds quickly. I am more than happy to recommend him, especially for his skills in anti-counterfeiting.”

Meanwhile, the “thorough and dependable” Tom Scourfield “gives pragmatic advice, underpinned by an excellent understanding of the commercial and industry contexts.
