Olga Vorozhbyt included in GIR Top 100 Women in Investigations 2015

28/04/2015

Olga Vorozhbyt, a dispute resolution and compliance partner at CMS Ukraine, has been named in Global Investigation Review’s (GIR) ‘Top 100 Women in Investigations 2015’ special report. Olga is the only Ukrainian lawyer listed in this edition.

This is GIR`s first-ever Women in Investigations special, which recognises 100 remarkable women in the profession from around the world. All of these women are achieving great things in a competitive and notoriously tough area of law.

Olga’s expertise includes major fraud investigations, corruption and regulatory breaches. She advises foreign and local clients on compliance-related matters including internal and external FCPA-driven investigations, as well the mitigation of violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act in Ukraine. Olga has wide-ranging experience in dispute resolution, including pre-trial settlements, representation of clients in Ukrainian courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings both in Ukraine and abroad.

Olga commented: “It is a great honour to be named among such remarkable women, specifically in such a challenging area of expertise. This specialisation continues to be of great importance for Ukraine.”
