Marcin Bejm, a Polish-qualified advocate, is a partner and Head of the Energy and Infrastructure Department at CMS Poland, leading a team of 30 lawyers. He has over 25 years of experience in advising on transactions and projects regarding various types of infrastructure assets carried out in Poland and across the CEE region.

Marcin provides legal advice to entities involved in greenfield and brownfield investments regarding hard and social infrastructure. He has experience in advising on transactions and projects carried out in virtually all key infrastructure sectors, including airports, seaports, motorways, railways, healthcare, mass transportation, renewable energy, waste management, IT, urban regeneration, water and sewage, as well as the oil and gas sectors.

Marcin advises on:

  • all types of investments into infrastructure assets, including acquisition, construction, development and revamp,
  • project finance transactions,
  • public-private partnerships and concessions,
  • construction works contracts, O&M contracts, public service contracts, technology transfer agreements, supply contracts, and off-take agreements,

Marcin is the author of numerous legal commentaries on PPPs and concessions in Poland and is actively engaged in promoting PPP in Poland.
