Michal has also prepared and advised on the negotiations for construction contracts, FEED contracts, the negotiation of long-term electric energy and heat sale agreements and the negotiation of service agreements, as well as supply agreements and agreements for the provision of services in multi-contracting projects.

He has also written a number of analyses and opinions on issues related to the operation of the electric energy and gas markets, including on tariffs for energy companies, the REMIT regulation and on providing services to support a transmission system operator in energy market balancing.
