Catarina Arriaga Sampaio is a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A team.

With over 5 years’ experience, she develops her activity mainly within Corporate M&A, capital markets and banking and finance law.

She advises on the sale and acquisition of companies, structuring of international partnerships and M&A transactions at a national and international level.

She also provides permanent legal advice on Corporate M&A to several national and international clients, including advice on Corporate Governance issues.
