Sofia Costa Lobo is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Pensions team.

She has over 20 years´ experience assisting in labour, strategy and actions involving employment operational structures, as well as in litigation matters.

She has extensive experience providing advice on  domestic and cross-border TUPE operations, staff restructuring and she is well-versed on both individual and collective redundancies of a roster of international and national clients, spanning a range of sectors such as technology, telecommunications, aviation and retail.

She is responsible for the audit team within the scope of the evaluation of existing contingencies, and the definition and implementation of labour practices in corporate operations, from an HR perspective.

Moreover, she provides day-to-day employment law and Human Resources advice with a main focus on international clients operating in Portugal.
