Cristina Rogado is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Insurance teams.

She has over 20 years’ experience and develops her activity in the area of litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency and restructuring, with a particular focus on civil and commercial litigation, namely in domestic and international arbitrations, as well as Insurance.

She has extensive acting for a roster of national and international clients in several sectors, such as aviation, commerce, services, pharmaceutical, tourism, retail, among others. Moreover, she is well-versed in insolvency and restructuring proceedings, as well as insurance law, providing both regulatory and substantive law advice, to insurers, insurance intermediaries and other entities.

Cristina is acknowledged as Associate-to-Watch for Insurance, by Chambers Europe, for the past 3 years and recommended for Dispute Resolution, by Legal 500, 2023.

Joined CMS Portugal in 2011.
