Fernando Cruz Trinca is a Partner in the Commercial team.

He has over 20 years’ experience and develops his activity mainly within private law with special focus on civil law, commercial law, financing law, insurance law, pharmaceutical law, consumption law and connected litigation.

Fernando provides standing legal assistance to several credit finance institutions, notably in transversal legal assistance to the entire respective activity, including relations with the regulatory entity. He also provides standing legal assistance to several national and international clients, notably in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and transversal legal assistance to the entire respective activity as well as assures the coordination of the clients’ litigation to which he provides legal assistance with the follow-up in court of the most relevant proceedings.
