Salvador Pires Marques has been developing his professional activity mainly within the area of Real Estate Law, notably: analysis and daily practice of the most varied issues related with rental and drafting of the respective contracts.

Active participation in all kinds of real estate transactions, notably in the execution of purchase and sale agreements, mortgage agreements, works contracts, mediation agreements, among others. Intervention in property licensing processes and, further, daily follow-up of regulatory/corporate issues of Real Estate Investment Funds and of Managing Companies.

He has participated in projects for the regularisation of the real estate property of several Companies.
