Labour Reminder: Board work term contract
According to the Labour Code, the employment contract for a fixed term, depending on the subject of hiring, has as maximum length:
- 18 months in the case of person looking for their first job;
- 2 years, beginning in situations of operation of the company;
- 3 years in other cases.
May be subject to renewal up to 3 times, considering a single contract.
