Fixed-term Employment Contracts - Extraordinary Renewal
Law No. 3/2012 was published yesterday, which establishing an extraordinary renewal regime for fixed-term employment contracts which were concluded under the Labour Code (approved by Law No. 7/2009 on February 12th) and which will reach the maximum term of its duration until the 30th of June 2013
The regime and form of calculating compensation applied to employment contracts subject to extraordinary renewal predicted by law was also approved.
