We are delighted to invite you to join us for a client roundtable on the topic ‘Restructuring & Insolvency. Second chance or end of road?’. With Work-out specialists and Heads of Legal in mind, this roundtable event aims to provide a practical perspective on the typical issues encountered in restructuring or insolvency matters, and will explore alternatives for obtaining better protection in case of default. We will also address the impact of recent changes to insolvency law aiming to offer state entities better protection.

Our CMS Bucharest Banking and International Finance partners (Simon Dayes, Simona Marin and Cristina Reichmann) and Dispute Resolution partner Horia Draghici will steer the discussions. Mrs. Speranta Munteanu, a leading insolvency practitioner, will share her judicial administrator perspective and recent insolvency success stories.

As we aim for this roundtable to be as interactive as possible, we would welcome your questions on restructuring and insolvency matters in advance of the meeting, so that we are able to discuss the issues that are of utmost importance for you.
