Claudia Nagy is Counsel in the Corporate team in Romania, with a great deal of experience in corporate and commercial transactions. She advises a variety of international and domestic clients on transactional and regulatory matters with respect to their acquisitions or divestments in Romania. Her practice includes mergers & acquisitions, competition law, regulatory and commercial issues. Claudia is a member of our pan-European technology, media and communications industry sector working group. She regularly advises clients on projects and transactions in the sector, as well as working with public institutions including both local level projects (e.g. with the Romanian Competition Council) and EU level projects with the European Commission.
