Natalia is a partner and the head of Energy & Natural Resources practice in Russia. For over 20 years Natalia has advised clients in Russia and CIS on energy and corporate matters. She focuses on international oil and gas transactions, both in upstream and downstream, and regularly acts for international O&G companies and Russian industry majors.

Natalia has been involved in the power sector reform in Russia and advised clients on power projects in Russia and internationally.
