Infrastructure Index Launch

The past 12 months have seen significant political, economic and environmental changes across the globe, including in Asia-Pacific (APAC).

The CMS Infrastructure Index presents the top 40 countries in order of investment attractiveness and highlights likely future trends across the sector. Asia-Pacific contains some of the fastest growing economies in the world, and we examine some of these jurisdictions which have caught up with some of the top global infrastructure markets, such as Singapore who is now ranked 6th, and China who is ranked 20th but shows great potential in stimulating economic growth across Asia and beyond with its Belt and Road initiative.

You will hear from Alice Thuillier, Senior Investment Officer, Infrastructure & Natural Resources from IFC on their observations and views on the outlook for emerging markets in Asia infrastructure. We will also be joined by a panel of regional infrastructure experts who will share their opinions on the future of infrastructure in APAC.
