Besides her focus on competition law, Anja Tasić also advises various clients on everyday commercial issues, including the drafting and analysis of sale and purchase contracts, distribution agreements and franchise agreements.

Anja Tasić joined CMS in 2012 after completing her studies at the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Law. She obtained an LL.M. degree in Competition Law from the prestigious Queen Mary University of London.

Anja Tasić has been part of the firm’s competition law practice since she started working at CMS. She has advised clients from numerous industries (steel, automotive, telecommunications, banking, pharmaceuticals) on the competition law aspects of their day-to-day business, the assessment of risks associated with anti-competitive practices and complex multi-jurisdictional merger filings. She has also represented numerous clients before the Serbian competition regulator in different types of proceedings.
