Amela Žrt is a member of Slovenian CMS team since 2014. She primarily practices in the field of employment law and data protection law. Amela manages and maintains client relations with large national and multi-national companies in all employment matters on day to day basis, whether this being drafting of employment or termination papers, internal acts, or complex organizational changes and representation in employment litigations.
Amela is regularly involved in due diligence projects, taking lead in the legal review of employment issues and proving herself to the clients with her hands-on approach. She also frequently takes part in corporate matters, especially in reference to relations between companies and their management.
Throughout her career she has gained experience in a top-tier law firm in Slovenia, Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia as well as in court.
