Gašper Hajdu joined CMS Corporate/M&A team in Ljubljana in 2017. He advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate and company law, private equity transactions as well as national and international corporate restructurings and M&A transactions. His clients, who are big international corporates and start-ups, come from variety of sectors including manufacturing, aviation, professional services and technology. His services include a wide spectrum of tasks related to transactions, the coordination and execution of due diligence reviews, the negotiation of contracts, the preparation and implementation of signings and closings, where his calmness and ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously ensure smooth completion of the deal, up to handling post-closing agendas.

In addition to corporate work, he is also the main contact for gambling engagements in the Ljubljana office.
