Dr. Döne Yalçın is a Turkish and Austrian qualified attorney and advises clients on a broad range of energy but also corporate and commercial matters.

Before joining CMS, she worked at leading law firms in Turkey and Austria, where she gained valuable experience and assisted numerous foreign investors expand into the Turkish market, as well as Turkish investors establish business operations in the EU. With extensive advisory and transactional experience, she has a particular focus on the real estate and construction, manufacturing and energy sectors.

Döne Yalçın is the President of the Association of Austrian and Turkish Businesspeople and Industry (ATIS), the Vice President of the Austrian Turkish Economic Forum (ÖTW) and the Vice President of the Austrian-Turkish Business Cooperation Council (ATBCC).

On 25 Decem­ber 2018, the Min­im­um Wage De­term­in­a­tion Com­mis­sion ("Com­mis­sion") has an­nounced the an­nu­al in­crease rate on min­im­um wage ("as­gari ücret") to be 26% in ac­cord­ance with the in­fla­tion rate. As stated on the an­nounce­ment, the gross daily min­im­um wage.
