CMS HR Academy Workshop: The Employer's Brand

CMS Kyiv are pleased to invite you to our next meeting as part of CMS* HR Academy, which will be focused on the topic of "The Employer's Brand".

In the circumstances where the competition is constantly increasing, the employer’s position on the market is of significant importance. To form the attractive position, the employer should take into account the key components affecting the candidate’s final choice.

During the workshop we will talk about the formation of the employer value proposition (EVP), its main blocks and attributes, development principles. Anna Podgornaya, a coach, recognized international HR function management expert having 18 years of experience, will be our speaker. The lecture will be interactive, each guest will participate in an experiment.
