CMS* Young HR Academy

We are happy to announce the launch of CMS* Young HR Academy, a new series of our practical workshops.

If you are new to the HR industry and interested in obtaining practical and useful information that will help you guiding your career, this is your go-to event!

The first workshop will be held on 10 October 2017 from 17:00 to 19:00 at CMS offices and will cover the key HR and legal aspects of the recruitment process.

The HR module addressing the initial selection of candidates based on their CVs will be presented by Alla Koniaieva, founder of Executive Search “Ankor SV” and a recognized HR expert. Our lawyers Olga Belyakova and Natalia Nakonechna will also give you practical advice on the legal aspects of recruiting staff and entering into contractual relationship with them.

• Candidates screening: what HR specialists should focus on; making use of social networks
• Interview: types of questions to avoid and other legal nuances in conducting a job interview
• Making a contract: job offer status; contractual relation with candidates (employment contract or civil agreement?)
• Non-standard recruiting situations and how HR specialists should address them
