Viktoriia Stavchuk-Mulundkar is a Senior Associate in Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. Viktoriia has over 10 years of experience advising large Ukrainian and international companies on various tax and legal issues related to their business operations in Ukraine. Her expertise includes domestic and international tax issues, direct and indirect tax planning, structuring of domestic and cross-border business operations, tax due diligence, review and structuring of contractual arrangements, customs and currency control compliance.

Having worked with major international law firms present on the Ukrainian market, Viktoriia has wide experience in advising clients on current and up-coming international tax issues, including automatic exchange of information on financial accounts, transfer pricing matters and application of double tax treaties.

Viktoriia has experience in advising clients from various industries, including IT, oil & gas, renewables, infrastructure and financial services.

In addition to her degree in law, Viktoriia holds a Master of Business Administration degree, which allows her to combine profound legal expertise with business insights, offering only practicable and pragmatic solutions for client’s business needs. Viktoriia is a regular lecturer for Certificate Program in IT Law, organised by National University Kyiv Mohyla Academy, - the leading educational program on the Ukrainian market for law students and young practitioners working in IT industry. Within the program’s curriculum, Viktoriia teaches Domestic and International Taxation for IT industry. Viktoriia is ranked as a “rising star” lawyer in tax by recent Legal 500.
