On 26 Novem­ber 2018, Ukrain­i­an par­lia­ment ap­proved and en­acted Pres­id­en­tial De­cree No. 393 "On In­tro­duc­tion of Mar­tial Law" (the "De­cree"), but lead­ers ex­pect that it will be busi­ness as usu­al in Ukraine for the fore­see­able fu­ture.
