CMS Turkey and CMS Albania jointly assisted Yildirim Group on the acquisition of the Albanian company Albchrome Holding Sh.p.k.

CMS Turkiye (led by the Managing Partner Done Yalcin) and CMS Albania (led by the Managing Partner Mirko Daidone) jointly assisted Yildirim Group (Turkish) – the second largest high quality high carbon ferrochrome producer in the world - on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Albanian chrome and ferro-chrome company Albchrome Holding Sh.p.k.

A special thanks goes to Besnik Duraj (Partner at the Tirana office) who was involved intensively for several months in order to finalize the transaction according with the client’s needs and within the daily deadlines and to Alaz Undar (Partner at Istanbul office) who liaised and coordinated the offices to successfully complete the deal.
