Construction Focus 2022

The CMS Construction team invites you to Construction Focus 2022, our annual review of all things construction law.

The construction industry has seen many changes over the past year: from supply chain shortages and price increases to further Government involvement as we look beyond the initial impact of COVID-19 and a raft of case law from the Courts on a wide range of topics.

In this hour-long session, we will navigate market trends and themes we have seen over the last year and examine the implications of key cases coming out of the Courts.

Looking forward we will consider the increasing focus on environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) in the construction sphere and other issues we anticipate arising for the construction industry during 2022 and beyond.
