Infrastructure Index (Dubai)

We are delighted to invite you to the Middle East launch of the 2018 CMS Infrastructure Index.

The past 12 months have seen significant political, economic and environmental changes across the globe, including in the Middle East.

The CMS Infrastructure Index presents the top 40 countries in order of investment attractiveness and highlights likely future trends across the sector. The Middle East contains some of the fastest growing economies in the world - and we examine some key jurisdictions that are ranked as top global infrastructure markets, such as the UAE, which is ranked 10th, Qatar, ranked 12th and Saudi Arabia, ranked 18th.

On the evening, you will hear from an expert panel as they discuss the results and examine the opportunities in the Middle East. CMS Partner and Head of Construction in the Middle East, Nicholas Kramer, will chair our panel, which consists of (in alphabetical order):
