Kiren Matharu is a Senior Associate in our Dubai Corporate team. She qualified as a Corporate solicitor in March 2016 at a market-leading, international law firm in England where she spent five years advising high-profile clients on a range of transactions, including private M&A and investments, large-scale group reorganisations, corporate governance and commercial projects. During that time, she spent six months working in the firm’s Dubai office and a further six months on secondment to one of the firm’s largest global consumer goods clients where she advised their commercial MENA operations.

Kiren moved to the UAE earlier this year and continues to advise her clients on high-profile transactional matters, with a particular focus on M&A and investments.
