Kiren is an English qualified Senior Associate in our Dubai Corporate team, and she has over nine years’ transactional experience working across both the Middle East and the UK.  Her areas of specialism are high-value M&A, joint ventures and investments, and large-scale corporate reorganisations.  She works for a range of clients, including buyers and sellers, majority and minority investors, and management teams.  As a result, she has a deep understanding of the deal lifecycle from all perspectives.

Kiren has particular expertise advising on real estate, consumer & retail, and technology transactions.
