Kiren is an English qualified Senior Associate in our Dubai Corporate team, and she has over nine years’ transactional experience working across both the Middle East and the UK.  

Her areas of specialism are M&A, joint ventures and investments, and she has particular expertise advising on real estate, education and consumer & retail transactions.  

Kiren has a real interest in the education sector and supporting the development of early talent within the region.  As part of this, in addition to her role as a lawyer at the firm, she is also a member of the University of Birmingham Dubai Law Advisory Board.

    • its acquisition of London Square Developments, which marks its first investment outside of the MENA region and its entry into the UK real estate market;
    • its significant joint venture with Dubai Holding, which marks its entry into the Dubai real estate market; 
    • its acquisition of Kent College, which marks its entry into the Dubai education market;
    • its majority investment into Abu Dhabi Business Hub, a premium retail business park in Abu Dhabi, which marks the launch of Aldar Logistics; and
