Be care­ful about temp work
In Aus­tria, the rules on tem­por­ary agency work at times ap­ply even when one might not ex­pect it. The CJEU ruled a few years ago that this Aus­tri­an ap­proach is too broad when ap­plied in a transna­tion­al con­text. The Aus­tri­an Su­preme Court nev­er­the­less sticks to the wide un­der­stand­ing of tem­por­ary agency work in a na­tion­al con­text.
