Cooperation with ELSA Austria
ELSA Austria is the largest faculty group in the Austrian network and represents the interests of students at the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna (the "Juridicum"). We are therefore delighted to be hosting a joint event with ELSA on the negotiation game “M&A in Action” at the headquarters of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz (Gauermanngasse 2, 1010 Vienna) on May 13, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Our case study revolves around a joint venture in the international beauty business.
