Andreas Göller Becomes Attorney-at-Law at CMS

Effective immediately, Andreas Göller supports the corporate transactions team at international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as a registered attorney. He is specialised in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and reorganisations. Andreas Göller is also admitted to the Italian bar.

Andreas Göller studied law at the University of Innsbruck and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. In 2011, he completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) programme in International Business Law at the renowned London School of Economics and Political Science.

Andreas Göller joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in 2011, working in the practice area of corporate transactions. He primarily focuses on corporate law and, more specifically, mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganisation law. In 2010, he was also admitted to the Italian bar. Clients benefit from his international legal training especially when seeking advice in cross-border transactions.
