- Privatization of Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla Airport (Radivoje Petrikić, Maja Stepanović, Marija Tešić, Đorđe Popović, Ljubinka Tubić, Jovana Bingulac, Nebojša Pejin, Anja Tasić, Dragana Jandrić and Mihajlo Matković from CMS Serbia).
- Finish Fund for Industrial Cooperation (FINNFUND) and KPA UNICON GROUP Lt. as partners of ArcelorMittal Zenica (Nedžida Salihović Whalen, Andrea Zubović-Devedžić, Indir Osmić, Ana Terzić, Emina Mameledžija and Dario Hadžisaković from CMS Bosnia-Herzegovina).
The CEE Legal Matters Awards recognised the Belgrade Airport Concession as the most significant deal of the year 2018 in Serbia. CMS Serbia is proud to have advised the Republic of Serbia, in the consortium consisting of Lazard, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and KPMG, on all aspects of the 25-year concession for the expansion, operation and maintenance of Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla Airport, the largest airport in Serbia and the second largest airport in the Balkans.
As partners of ArcelorMittal Zenica, Finish Fund for Industrial Cooperation (FINNFUND) and KPA UNICON GROUP Lt. worked with CMS Bosnia-Herzegovina on advising a prominent group of companies on the establishment of a JV (a renewable energy power plant) with a major steel producer operating in Bosnia-Herzegovina (including various regulatory and corporate matters) in connection with the construction of a renewable power plant.
