CMS: Hans Lederer Becomes Senior Attorney for Intellectual Property Law

Effective immediately, Hans Lederer (35) supports the intellectual property law team at international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as a registered attorney. He specialises in intellectual property law as well as pharmaceutical and medical device law.

Hans Lederer studied law at the Universities of Innsbruck and Vienna and also took courses at universities in Caen (France) and Brussels (Belgium). Before joining CMS Vienna, he worked for the secretariat general of the Austrian Red Cross.

Hans Lederer has supported the intellectual property law team at CMS Vienna as an associate since 2009 and will now continue his career in this practice group as a senior attorney. He primarily focuses on trademark law, musical copyright law, unfair competition law as well as pharmaceutical and medical device law. He also regularly advises clients on the development and implementation of anti-counterfeit measures.
