CMS Partner Nikolaus Weselik becomes Head of the ÖGEBAU Working Group on Construction Contract Law and Construction Procedural Law

Nikolaus Weselik takes over as Head of the Working Group on Construction Contract Law and Construction Procedural Law of the Austrian Society of Construction Law and Construction Business Management (ÖGEBAU). This group plays a key role in the evaluation and further development of the Austrian construction contract and construction procedural law in cooperation with various representatives of the industry and bodies, such as Austrian Standards. The results of the Working Group can form the basis for further legal developments in this area of law.

In view of his professional career and his more than 20 years of practical experience as a lawyer, CMS Partner Nikolaus Weselik's appointment as Head of the Working Group on Construction Contract Law and Construction Procedural Law constitutes a great recognition: "ÖGEBAU is an important platform in the field of construction law and the construction industry.
