With the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent Voice Business, the classic telephony business of technology service provider NTT Ltd. In Austria, A1 completes its product portfolio for business customers. CMS is providing comprehensive legal support to A1 on this transaction, which is crucial for its continuing market expansion.
