New at CMS: M&A and Corporate Law Expert Oliver Werner

As of February this year, Oliver Werner (33) has been a member of the corporate transactions team of international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz. His main focus is on mergers & acquisitions and corporate law.

Oliver Werner studied law in Vienna, where he completed his doctorate with distinction in 2008. His education was rounded off by international study visits in, among other places, New York, San Francisco and Munich.

Since February 2014, he has been a member of the corporate transactions team at CMS Vienna. In his work, he focuses on corporate law and limited liability company law in particular. He also advises clients in cross-border mergers, restructuring measures for corporate groups, capital market financing and compliance issues, especially in cases related to pharmaceutical law.
