We are proud to present the international CMS Expert Guide to Autonomous Vehicles.

In the Expert Guide you will find legal analyses of the legal requirements for testing and using autonomous vehicles (AVs). The legal experts from across our international network present an overview of AV’s different levels of autonomy (based on the industry established standards (SAE Levels 1 to 5) and liability issues.

You will find answers to questions such as:

- Can AVs be used on public roads? 
- Which levels of autonomy can be used on which roads? 
- Are there specific liability regulations and/or insurance requirements for AVs in specific countries?
