We are proud to present our international brochure Restructuring and Insolvency at a Glance – CEE. It covers 11 jurisdictions in the CEE/SEE region, including Austria.

It is believed that the COVID-19 crisis will have less impact in the CEE/SEE region than in other European countries due to the rapid action of the respective governments and strict lockdowns. Nevertheless, it remains an open question whether the measures will be sufficient to limit the economic damage that many companies have suffered.
