Daniel Kropf is a lawyer specialising in tax law and is mainly active in national and international tax law as well as at the interface between corporate law and M&A. He also advises on real estate tax law, private foundation law and the criminal prosecution of tax offences.
Previous professional experience / Education
At the University of Linz, Daniel Kropf successfully completed degrees in law and economics, some modules of which he completed during semesters abroad in Valencia and Prague. He has also completed a bachelor's degree in philosophy at the University of Vienna.
Before joining CMS, Daniel Kropf worked for several years as an associate in two renowned Viennese law firms and an international tax consulting and auditing company. He joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in August 2018.
